To provide the best possible customer experience LawtonAsia recently organized a staff training weekend in Chiang Mai. The programme was aimed at improving customer service skills and overall communications within the organization.
The seminar wasn’t all hard work however; staff still had time to make merit at the temple on Doi Suthep and visit the pandas in Chiang Mai Zoo.
