These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of the LawtonAsia Insurance Broker website at www.lawtonasia.com (the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
About Us
The Website is operated by LawtonAsia Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd. ("LawtonAsia"), an independent insurance brokerage incorporated in Thailand and licensed by the Office of Insurance Commission of Thailand. We arrange insurance for clients across Thailand and, where appropriate, internationally.
These Terms govern your use of the Website only. Any insurance broking services we provide are governed by separate engagement terms agreed directly with each client.
Content
The Website provides general information about LawtonAsia, our sectors, products, services, and insights. It is not a platform for placing, binding, or administering insurance contracts. Nothing on the Website constitutes:
an offer of insurance,
a binding quotation,
insurance, financial, legal, or tax advice, or
a recommendation to take, change, renew, or cancel any insurance arrangement.
Insurance arrangements depend on individual circumstances and can only be made through direct engagement with LawtonAsia. Do not rely on Website content as the sole basis for any insurance decision.
Access from Other Jurisdictions
The Website is accessible globally, but our regulated insurance broking activities are conducted under our Thai licence and, where applicable, through partnerships and arrangements appropriate to the relevant jurisdiction. Nothing on the Website should be construed as an offer to provide insurance broking services in any jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful or require licensing we do not hold.
If you access the Website from outside Thailand, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

This clause governs only the use of the Website. Any disputes relating to insurance broking services we provide are governed by the separate engagement terms agreed with each client.
