The Company may receive your personal data from two channels as follows.

1. The information is provided to the Company directly by you such as when the Company processes your application or requests for use of the Company’s services or your volunteer to share your personal data in surveys or email correspondences or through other communication channels between the Company and you or access to the Company’s website using cookies.

The information is provided to the Company by other sources, not directly from you such as searching your personal data from website or obtain information from third parties, for which the Company will notify and seek for your consent within 30 days from the date the Company collects personal data from you, except where exempted by law for the need to request consent from or notify you.
